"البوصلة الذهبية" تعلن إنضمام "ثرى المستقبل" كشريك ومساهم استراتيجي لتعزيز تحول الشركة لكيان وطني رائد في قطاع التعدين

أعلنت شركة البوصلة الذهبية لخدمات التعدين (Golden Compass)، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في قطاع خدمات التعدين والاستشارات الجيولوجية والتعدينية في المملكة العربية السعودية، التي تملكها مجموعة نايف الراجحي الاستثمارية وشركة راسي للاستثمار، عن توقيع اتفاقية شراكة مع شركة ثرى المستقبل للاستثمار، تستحوذ بموجبها الأخيرة على حصة إستراتيجية في الشركة، في صفقة تمهّد لتأسيس كيان وطني رائد في قطاع التعدين. 

جاء الإعلان عن الاتفاقية بالتزامن مع انعقاد النسخة الخامسة من مؤتمر التعدين الدولي "مستقبل المعادن"، الذي تستضيفه العاصمة الرياض خلال الفترة من 13 إلى 15 يناير الجاري، في خطوة تعكس توجه الشركاء نحو التوسع في دعم قطاع التعدين.

وفي ضوء هذه الشراكة، تعتزم البوصلة الذهبية تنفيذ خطة توسعية تشمل تعزيز دورها الريادي في هذا القطاع من خلال الاستثمار في البنية التحتية وتعزيز رأس المال البشري والأتمتة وتطوير قاعدة الخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة إلى جانب توسيع منصات الحفر، وبناء مركز بيانات متخصص، ومختبر جيوكيميائي وفق أعلى المعايير العالمية بالشراكة مع أكبر شركة تحاليل في العالم. كما تشمل الخطة زيادة أسطول المعدات الثقيلة، بالإضافة إلى تدريب الكفاءات الوطنية المتخصصة، مما يرسّخ مكانة البوصلة الذهبية كشريك وطني يسهم في تحقيق استراتيجية قطاع التعدين في المملكة.

وأعرب نايف بن صالح الراجحي، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي في مجموعة نايف الراجحي الاستثمارية، عن سعادته بهذه الشراكة، مؤكدًا أنها تمثل خطوة استراتيجية تُجسّد التزام المجموعة بدعم الاقتصاد الوطني عبر الاستثمار في قطاع التعدين، الذي يُعد الركيزة الثالثة للاقتصاد الوطني وأحد المحركات الرئيسة لتنويع مصادر الدخل وتعزيز المحتوى المحلي، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030. وأشار إلى أن هذه الشراكة ستسهم في بناء كيان وطني رائد في قطاع التعدين، يعزز منظومة الحوكمة والاستثمار، ويمكّن من التوسع في مشاريع نوعية ضمن هذا القطاع الواعد والزاخِر بالفرص الاستثمارية.

 من جانبه، أوضح المهندس مشاري العلي، المؤسس والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة البوصلة الذهبية، أن انضمام شركة ثرى المستقبل كشريك إستراتيجي يعكس الثقة في خطط الشركة التوسعية والاستراتيجية، ويدعم قدرتها التشغيلية على تقديم خدمات متكاملة تغطي جميع مراحل سلسلة القيمة المضافة لقطاع التعدين، من الاستكشاف إلى التشغيل والمعالجة، مبينًا أن هذه الشراكة تفتح آفاقًا جديدة لتعزيز الابتكار ورفع كفاءة العمليات التشغيلية بما يخدم التنمية المستدامة للقطاع.

 Golden Compass for Mining Services, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading providers of mining services and geological consultancy, jointly owned by Naif Alrajhi Investment and Rasi Investment, has announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with Thara Future Investments, marking a significant step toward building a fully integrated national mining services champion in the Kingdom. Under the agreement, Thara Future Investments will acquire a strategic equity stake in Golden Compass, supporting the company’s next phase of growth and long-term value creation. 
The partnership was announced during the fifth edition of the Future Minerals Forum, held in Riyadh from January 13 to 15. It reflects the partners’ shared commitment to advancing Saudi Arabia’s mining sector as a core pillar of the national economy and a key contributor to industrial development and diversification.
In light of this strategic partnership, Golden Compass plans to implement an ambitious expansion strategy aimed at strengthening its leadership position in the mining sector. The plan includes investments in infrastructure, the enhancement of human capital, digitalization, and the further development of the company’s service portfolio.
The strategy also encompasses the expansion of drilling rigs, the establishment of a specialized data center, and the development of a state-of-the-art geochemical laboratory in partnership with the world’s leading analytical services provider, in line with the highest international standards.
In addition, the plan includes expanding the heavy equipment fleet and investing in the training of specialized national talent, reinforcing Golden Compass’s position as a national partner contributing to the advancement and alignment of the Kingdom’s mining sector strategy.
